Exchange & Return Policy
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
CHANGE & CANCELING ORDER
- We can change and canceling the order maximum 1(one) day after the payment, if it more than 1 (one) day, we can’t change or cancel the order, because it’s already in our process system.
- To change the order, please contact us and refer the new order id, and the old one that you want to change.
- To cancel the order, please contact us which one you want to canceled, and we will made a full refund 1-2 working days.
Ardamus.com will not be held responsible for lost or stolen mail. We have no control once it is out of our possession.
Your satisfaction is important to us here at Ardamus.com, therefore we will never knowingly disappoint you. We take great pride in product accuracy & solving our valued customer problems. If for some reason we make a mistake on your order, we will do our best to resolve the issue(s).
Every product ordered at Ardamus.com is created just for you. Because they are custom made, by you and for you, returned goods cannot be resold. If unexpected errors occur, notify us within 14 days of receipt of your product and we will take the steps necessary to evaluate the problem.
All returning orders should be shipped to us via registered mail post and make sure you give us tracking number.
We receive return if the problem on :
- Wrong size, different size with the one you order
- Wrong color, different with the color you order
- Wrong print, different print with the one you order
We don’t receive return if the problem on :
- Wrong size placement, we already provide the size chart, and all size is final
- Wrong color placement, all color you provide to us is final, and can’t be replace
- Wrong detail in shipping data, like name, address, etc
- Item that order more than 1 month, with any reason, like out of town, received by neighbor, etc
- Stolen mail. We have no control once it is out of our possession.

- Please provide us with the picture of the t-shirt
- If all the picture clear, we process your reship package or refund in 1-2 working days
After receiving the item, contact us within 14 days.
Refund will be given as exchange or money back.
Shipping cost is not refundable and buyer pays return shipping.
